      The workflow is very well-organised and easy to follow. The project instructions are clear, and the internal system is efficient for managing translation tasks.

      Cons

      The number of available tasks is quite limited. Sometimes I receive a task notification but find it has already been claimed when I log in, so opportunities can disappear quickly.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
