Pros

I cannot think of any positive thing about this company. Probably the free fresh fruit twice a week was the only good thing.

Cons

The management behaves highly unprofessionally in most cases, the workload is way too high resulting in incredibly late leaving times that will make you work around 50 hours per week (basically a fifth extra week every month). They say that they want to develop their employees, but what they really do is squeezing out everything they can from them in order to generate the maximum profit instead than hiring more people, something that they do with all the freelance linguists who work for them as well, to whom they offer ridiculously low rates. The sales department has no idea about what they are selling, and constantly puts the production department in trouble with impossible deadlines and budgets. Most of the managers behave like a bunch of elite people in the company, therefore when you join and if you are a normal employee is very difficult to fit in, especially considering that everyone is constantly busy and stressed. Furthermore, they have an internal feedback system mainly focused on negativity, that makes you end up working with the constant menace of a negative feedback from a colleague or a client. Negative feedback can occur even if it is not your fault but a colleague's, or if you could not avoid the issue that arose due to lack of time or budget. Do not believe what they say during the interview process about company culture, parties, benefits, etc, they are just trying to sell it the best they can. Benefits are basically non existent.

Pros

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Cons

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
