Very accessible management A very young company, age no barrier to success and career progression

      Hours can be long. But in general your experience at TransPerfect will depend on your success. If you are successful then you will be very happy and have a prosperous career here.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
