TransPerfect offers opportunities for rapid advancement in a fast paced environment. As a company that only promotes from within, employees can advance to a variety of roles, depending on interests and talents, and explore global options. I have enjoyed the opportunity to take on a variety of roles within the Project Manager position, including being the sole production member of a large VIP account, leading group projects, and training new Project Coordinators - the latter even afforded me the chance to travel to our Hong Kong office for a month to train a group of new hires on site. Now moving into a management role, I enjoy working with other managers to continually evolve and improve the future of the company and aide in decisions that effect how our organization works.
