      None. A bunch of semi-illiterate kids playing at being grown ups, petty stupidity, endless garbage, toxic people, stupid emails, no accountability, can barely speak any foreign language properly...dumb idiots and painfully aware of it. Don't like competent people. Just lower your standards to floor level and you'll fit right in. Lazy imbeciles, frustrated, with an inferiority complex that doesn't help work dynamics at all. :)

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
