      Pros

      Transperfect(pune) office environment is really good.

      Cons

      As we doing work from home in this pandemic situation Company is not taking care of employees. Company asking to work on your personal laptops, no Reimbursement of Internet uses, no Reimbursement of charges for rent laptop.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
