Pros

I’ve been working in the company for more than three years now. And I have to admit that reading comments in there makes me simply sad. Especially when someone decides to write a comment how they worked in TPT in 2011 for less than a year, and how everyone should stay away from this company as it’s horrible when they have no idea what is happening in the company now. Most negative comments on glassdoor says how difficult and stressful it is to work here. Well, wake up people, you HAVE to work in here indeed! Everyone reading this should know, that every position in TPT is tough and challenging, and you will have to work, and work hard if you want to be successful. Main pros from my side: 1- Managers are being hired from within 2- Challenging environment forces you to learn new things faster than anywhere else 3- Strong training and support structure 4- Opportunity to work with BIG clients 5- Opportunities to travel 6- Amazing teams, and people you work with 7- You have a chance to be a part of something bigger, to be directly involved in driving the company forward, pushing your ideas forward and making them real.

Cons

1- Stressful environment – everyone mentions that, and it’s true. What’s so stressful?- it’s high workload, important clients, tight turnaround times. Or in other words – loads of responsibility. 2- High workload – everyone mentions that, though I don’t understand why. Again, if you’re not expecting to work hard in here, the job is not for you.

Pros

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Cons

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
