      Young company, very social, good benefits

      Cons

      Really difficult to start out there and build your business. Entry level employees don't make commission and severely underpaid -- work longer hours and the financial benefits from their sales go to their bosses, not to them. Toxic work environment at times, very gossipy and overworked employees who are typically not happy and leave after 12-18 months.

      Pros

      Simple onboarding process, very responsive staff in the EU to support with issues Placement client is good to work with to adjust scheduling for client and student needs.

      Cons

      Time difference sometimes means delays in communication.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
