      Pros

      Friendly company who made sure I felt at ease from my first day. Everyone was always happy to help regardless of which department they were working in.

      Cons

      Not enough events and social events for the team, meaning it was difficult to meet lots of people if you didn't work with them everyday, however COVID 19 did not help!

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
