      Pros

      Baseline business for translation and those relationships can create conversationa & interest

      Cons

      Dataforce new group has no support what so ever. Salespeople are tasked with building it while mangers are player coaches and have made little to no contribution since they focus on their own book of business. Dallas team isn't supporting DataForce as promised and is pointing the finger at new salespeople which is pure politics.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
