Pros

About all this place has going for it is location -- it has offices in many very attractive places, including most major US cities.

Cons

Completely sales-driven. Post-sales staff (Project and Account Managers) are completely at the mercy of a largely incompetent sales team, and led by a sad careerist who works his staff into the ground for remarkably poor compensation. Management is limited to range-of-the-moment wrangling designed to quickly bleed customers of as much money as possible; the concept of "partnership" is lost on this company. Company's technology is widely acknowledged as awful among internal staff, yet peddled relentlessly to customers, which then becomes the client services team's liability. Leadership has no vision, no scruples, and no regard for its employees.

Pros

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Cons

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
