      Pros

      The directors, at least in the San Diego office, are competent and good people to work with. They make sure you get the job done right, but also understand each person's situation.

      Cons

      The work is repetitive and very dull. Many times, the payoff from the work you put in is not on par.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
