The company definitely has high expectations from their employees. It is also a very feedback-heavy experience, meaning that they spare no opportunity to point out places where you can improve in efficiency, quality and understanding of the job as a whole. I personally feel that this contributes to my respect for the company, but it was also a significant source of stress for me as I've been working here (partly because I've had a lot of improving to do and it can be hard for me to receive a lot of blunt feedback at a time; I need a balance of encouragement and criticism, and I respond better to feedback when it is given in an understanding way).
