- It's a Decent starting job - Relatively easy job to learn
Cons
- Management lie about everything - Salary is very low, considering everyone speaks at least 2 languages or more - No respect towards the employees - No stability, staff is subject to constant turnover and contracts are often renewed for a very short time - Completely unorganized - No background check, unprofessional people get hired constantly and rarely get addressed, good luck if they are in your team - No bonus whatsoever, no incentive in being productive - Almost no benefit - No chance of internal growth
