      Opportunities for the ones that does not have previous experience. Good environment.

      Cons

      LOW salary for the amount of work we do. Even people that work on weekends get a bad pay. Really disorganized company, RRHH never have answers to our inquiries.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
