The company provides an opportunity to work with very diverse content which helps quickly acquire wide-range experience.
Cons
- The company uses any excuse not to have enough funds for a bonus budget. Even if you work hard, your efforts are not paid for. - Employees are forced to come to the office, which is expensive (travel costs aren't covered) and time-consuming. This results in an even worse expense/income ratio. - People leave the company all the time. If you like building stable long-term relations with your team, TP isn't a place for you.
