Pros
Is a good job, easy to understand and there are not much things that you need to do to be able to successfully complete the job, however, the few steps that you have to do are very important. I can work from home.
Cons
Is difficult to earn the bonuses, instead of having a different bonus for each category like attendance, performance and breaks and lunches conformance they have all the three together. so even if you have one or two of the criteria if you don't have the one is missing they don't give you anything.
