Pros
I've seen a lot of bad reviews about this company, but in my experience, the project managers and support teams have always been friendly and helpful. I always receive my payments on time and they are accurate, You may not get the highest rates with them, but they pay better than what a many other companies offer. I like the variety of job offers I've received, and I've been able to branch out.
Cons
I wish I got job offers more frequently. The work load I'm offered comes sporadically, and I don't know who to contact about this. Some of the translators that they hire are not very professional, and I know this because I've had to proofread their poor quality work. That can be frustrating.
