      -Remote working. -Able to learn new things from different sectors (e.g. banking, morgage, health) everyday from different conversation.

      Cons

      Some calls could be really longs and you'll need to work overtime. Back-to-back calls could be stressful. Low pay.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
