      Cons

      They don't tell the clients they are using machine translation. There isn't any upward mobility in engineering. They don't respect their employees and once told they didn't care that I had a bachelors degree in Computer Science.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
