      Hybrid work, good location, nice job environment

      Cons

      They have you for 1 year with a trial contract and you do not have a permanent contract and if you have already met the objective of the position, they fire you. International big company that is difficult to climb a position. Old processes that do not allow work to be done dynamically.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
