It is made very clear leadership is a boys club. - Promotions are not given out based on actual merit or performance, but to those who they're buddies with. -No criteria for promotion. - Don't expect Mangement to know the job. They're hired to manage and baby sit people, not to do actual work. - Lack of training and communication throughout the company
