Pros

Working from home is what I appreciate for now.

Cons

Long hours, no personal time allowed, no incentives. If the system has issue, as an agent it's your responsibility to work back those hours. No study leave when on probation. US consumers are racist. No interaction with your colleagues. Old or ex staff equipment is given to new staff. 5 second idle time before next call. Medical aid, life and funeral cover compulsory, not subsidy from employer. R2k goes to contributions from salary. Overnight allowance for whole month doesn't exceed R700.
