      Transcom in Gurgaon fired me out of nowhere—no warning, no due process, just 'pack your bags' after months of grinding!" "They owe me overtime pay for endless shifts, but guess what? Zilch. All talk, no payout—stay away if you value your wallet." "Management acts like robots: directors barking orders, ops managers playing favorites, team leaders nitpicking every call. Pure toxicity!" "Warning to all: Skip this Gurgaon nightmare. Micromanaged to death, stressed out, no life balance—run while you can!

      There were no pros for working for this company.

      Cons

      There is no HR number to call and everything is based on a ticket. Training is very fast paced and attendance is docked for every minute you are late including when there are issues with their system and managers will send you a write up without coaching that you either accept or dispute. Its an awful company to work for all in all. Run dont walk away.
