Pros

Had the best training that I had so far in a BPO company. Considering the complications of the technical support team I can say that having notes while on training helps me review what I have learn during the duration of the training. Loving the company of my wave mates and out trainer, floor support, TLs. It was not a shocking experience for me as a newbie taking in calls as a technical support representative, enjoying every moment of it learning while on A-bay.

Cons

Honestly the salary in a BPO setting is not that big compared to other companies out there. You have to earn every extra peso you need atop the basic pay. The pressure of the metrics I think makes some agent think of switching to other companies, maybe the main reason aside from the pay rate. Samsung technical support internet mobility tools have some flaws and in my own opinion the compressed training period wont be enough to have you equipped enough to serve Samsung business partners. The "faking till you make it" strategy in the duration of the call wont help solve most of the customer's concern, technical support should be done genuinely for us agents to get to the bottom of their main concern. Cannot blame agents like us succumb and maybe most of the time think twice in continuing our job as technical support representatives. Maybe just maybe i

There were no pros for working for this company.

Cons

There is no HR number to call and everything is based on a ticket. Training is very fast paced and attendance is docked for every minute you are late including when there are issues with their system and managers will send you a write up without coaching that you either accept or dispute. Its an awful company to work for all in all. Run dont walk away.
