      Benefits are great – but could be better Supportive team member Helpful managers

      As stated in the headline, when I used to work here, the director for recruitment is hostile towards the team, unapproachable, condescending and not a leader material. This person doesn't care whatever s/he wants to say – which I believe not what transcom believes. Being hostile while mocking your team infront of everyone while saying profane words is such unprofessional.

      There were no pros for working for this company.

      Cons

      There is no HR number to call and everything is based on a ticket. Training is very fast paced and attendance is docked for every minute you are late including when there are issues with their system and managers will send you a write up without coaching that you either accept or dispute. Its an awful company to work for all in all. Run dont walk away.
