I learned a ton about customer support in a call center and real time interfacing with multiple databases and inter departmental communication and multitasking on that level
Cons
High expectations and output and speed prioritized far more than customer satisfaction. Continually ask to be shown how to do something it just never happens I end up picking it up from a coworker
