Puts blame on the client always that it's the clients decisions and not TD. Favortism and discrimination highly used. Management are not trained to be actual managers. They are given a title to relay the message of the "law." New policies are created without it actually being a policy in the employee handbook. Also, good luck getting an employee handbook. They don't allow time for additional training that's mandatory continuous education. Threaten is their management style. Rather than any coaching or constructive criticism, it's wait until you make a mistake, let you be the responsible one and tell on yourself, then keep you employed because they need the numbers but on final warning. Keep in mind, that is if you're late a few minutes back from break once as an example.

Management is terrible and benefits are awful. Schedule changes like every 3 months with no regard to life outside of work. Pay is below competitors in the area and when asked about pay raises, we were basically told we weren’t getting them. No transparency between client/management and production employees.
