Pros
The Culture by far is what I love most about this job. From supporting our employees who are need of help to fun dress up days we create a dynamic culture throughout our department and the rest of the company. What we do is hard work and takes dedication, but TriNet balances that work with fun, competition and incentives throughout the year so that we can keep a good working balance. The leadership team is fantastic and is truly hands on and involved, this is the first company I have ever worked for where the CEO has served me lunch. He was actually cutting the pizza! I came from a different industry prior to taking this job and with the support of all the people around me I am on the path to success and heading towards growing a real career.
Cons
This job is a commitment. Sometimes the hours are long, or the work may be frustrating. If you are not willing to put your head down and grind this may not be the best place for you.
