Pros
Benefits are amazing - TriNet pays 90% of health premiums & offer lots of others; VTO, 2 weeks PTO to start, performance based bonuses twice yearly, annual raise, lots of in office events/gifts/moral building, tuition reimbursement, etc
Cons
Annual raise is TINY, and management, esepcially uper management seems to be very disconnected. It never feels like teams are working together or on the same page - and the company doesn't care as much as they should about keeping non-management colleagues informed on anything that's going on within the company.
