Pros
Very fun culture, lots of employee perks (amazing kitchens, huge gym, lots of parties and celebrations). Amazing performance - very successful firm.
Cons
Culturally unique - segregation by job function and/or home country. The programmers keep to themselves and don't integrate well with the rest of the company. Huge growth has led to management challenges.
