Pros
Very comprehensive benefits, stable work and company culture and great reputation. Everything that happens at the company from small events to how the floors are organized to the strategy of the business seems to be very thought through. There seems to be a measure twice cut once approach to everything that happens.
Cons
With the industry saturating, a lot of the competition is starting to offer even more competitive work environments despite the fact that Two Sigma is well above industry standard. Senior leadership seems to shuffle quiet often for a smaller company.
