Pros
Hours, distance from home. But thats really about it. There's not a whole lot of good.
Cons
To say they underpay their employees is a huge understatement. Severely underpaid, overworked, no room to grow, have to pay for parking and parking is terrible, forced to pay into the pension plan at 7% of your pay, if you're a union member you wont be eligible for merit raises.
