      Free food Working on campus Friendly management student co-workers The people and bosses that you work with are very helpful and kind and it is a great experience into working in the real world without the harsh regulations of a true full time job.

      Cons

      not much room to make more money no overtime compensation (for student worker jobs) Takes a long time for new strategies to be implemented.

      Commuter school so traffic and parking can be terrible. Select your PI wisely, and ensure healthy work life balance.
