If you are a business faculty member don't even consider this place - Assistant Professor UC Riverside Employee Review

This is a terrible place for business faculty. Heavy teaching load, large classes, little support. Strong senior faculty and good dean left because they were harassed by the senior administration for trying to create a good business school. Really weak senior faculty are left and they abuse the junior faculty. The larger campus and senior administration use the business school to generate cash to support other parts of campus and low teaching loads for favored units like the sciences.
