Lack of career advancement opportunities Unethical senior leadership Low pay compared to market HMO employee benefit health plan restricts health care to only UCH providers - this is awkward to receive services at the same place you work, confidentiality is lost when you bump into colleagues at your own medical appointments Over last 5 years focus has dramatically shifted from patient care to money, expansion, and marketing
