Pros
Get paid to exercise. Benefits are great after working for 9months. Some of the part time managers are helpful.
Cons
Expectations are too high 200+ packages loaded per hour. Packages flow inconsistent, it can be slower and then flood you all of a sudden. Boxes can be heavy and large and when you get larger/heavier boxes it's almost impossible to keep up. They throw you in the fire and give you 4 trucks to load when you start. Not only do they give you 4 trucks to load, they give you the hardest ones and it seems like they are trying to break you, not break you in slowly. The work is back breaking, and you get one 10 min break, which it takes five minutes to get to a break area... It's insane what they expect. Most of the managers are rude and only talk down to you and yell at you to work faster. The pay is garbage for the amount of work expected.
