The hours are what you make of them.
Cons
Too many people have a hand in things that may lead to your disciplinary action. For instance people loading your trucks and not checking salts. Managment fires you when you bring up a problem and ask to speak to your union rep. As a woman there is a very uncomfortable enviorment of harassment.
