Pros

Decent Compensation. Good Benefits. Congenial Work atmosphere.

Cons

Deceptive Hiring Practice in that it ends up being a sales postion, instead of a customer service position after you are trained as a customer service representative, not a sales representative. When you finally finish training, they start to measure you on sales performance that you were not even aware of nor trained in about 3 months after training and the performance metric is a moving target so you can never really meet it and forces a high turnover rate as well as souring morale

Pros

Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

Cons

Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
