Pros
Decent starter pay of around 28k (standard for most graduate jobs). Benefits are nice (Uber credits monthly, lifestyle and healthcare allowance) Meals provided on site, good canteen
Cons
-Long shifts. 11hrs is common -May be working weekends. Rotating shifts -Intense micromanagement. 2/3 mins late? It will be brought up -Cliquey environment -Repetitive work, only downward flowing communication -No real incentive for innovation -Again, micromanagement- this varies by what team you are on, but expect to be under a microscope doing very monotonous tasks. -They treat you like children. It is about who you know there, not how good you function.
