I've had a very positive experience working here. Since my first day, I've been challenged to step outside my comfort zone and do my best, but I've also always felt heard and supported. I've been trusted to make decisions, take ownership of my work, and contribute in meaningful ways, which made me feel like a valued part of the team from the beginning. The pace is definitely fast, but that's something I really enjoyed. It pushed me to learn something new almost every day and kept the work interesting and rewarding.
