      Pros

      Freedom Always have money (instantly cash-outs) Worth enough for daily survivability Easy solution in case people do not have the full amount to pay for the trip

      Cons

      Backache for driving 12h+ straight Payments are too low right now (unless you work on the weekends) Daily transit stress I REALLY RECCOMEND that you get an automatic car if you are plannig to work as an Uber Driver, the confortable is worth

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
