10yThank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I've passed along your comments about lack of communication to the CSR leadership. Regarding the changes in workforce, Uber is indeed evolving it's strategy and structure around customer support/service representatives. We're continually launching new products which means our customer support environment is more complex. To address the complexity, we're building centers of excellence (COEs) around the globe (included the US) to better serve the customer on support issues. With any change, it takes time to train and for everything to settle in.
