      - easy to work - nice team - no pressure

      Cons

      - low salary (and the boss made it clear that raising salaries isn't their focus—that they supposedly offer other forms of value instead.) - No strong vision or plan for what they are doing. Sometimes, it feels like they're smoking weed and then make decisions. - You can be easily fired after years of work for them without compensation. - politics - bureaucracy

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
