The Bonuses and that’s about it.
Cons
Toxic management. You are literally just a number to them. Ive seen some of the most hardworking people get chewed up and spit out by uline. If uline even suspects you are looking for another job they will fire you. Uline will always side with the customer. You are never in the right. I wanted out of uline so bad that I joined the military. I lost control of my life. I’m currently deployed overseas and I would rather be here than another day at uline. Thank you uline
