Very Disappointed - Anonymous employee Under Armour Employee Review

Long hours and little pay.....VERY unfair wages. Promotions are political Bad choice in store manager. No respect towards sales associates. Corporate office does nothing about complaints. Corporate office sets stores up for failure in reaching quarterly bonuses. Job reviews never happen for the possibility of raises. Corporate office employees are given better perks when the stores are actually driving the revenue for the company.
