Pros
I've been here for 6 years and I am desperately trying to get out. One thing that I can say is that because I made it clear that I was going to apply to every position available unitl they promoted me, human resources started reaching out to me more for oppurtunities within the company.
Cons
The pay is horrible and the company does not value its employees. The benefits are not all that great either. It's difficult to get a promotion unless you know the right people. And a lot of qualified individuals are overlooked for oppurtunity because of their lack of education. This is a company ran by individuals who have been with the company for over 30 years, once they retire the company will sink.
