Pros
Great opportunities but a lot of work required. Knowledge is power in this company. Very data driven finance departments. Very competitive for promotions. Retirement benefits are the absolute best in the country. Health insurance, not so much but it does make you cost sensitive.
Cons
Some management staff unqualified but promoted because of gender/minority needs. While diversity is overall helpful, hopefully, the day will come when promotions are given to the most qualified candidate with a blind eye to all else. Connections are still the fastest way to the top.
