      The benefits plan is great. Also cannot complain about the Vacation pay.

      Cons

      Management can be a little disorganized at times. Too many managers leads to chaos and confusion

      Pros

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Cons

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
