Pros

I worked with some wonderful people in the emergency department. There is a lot of teamwork between the nurses, doctors and techs. The doctors easily listen to what the nurses have to say regarding the patient's needs.

Cons

There is a lot of differences between the night shift nurses 7p-7a and the day shift 7a-7p. The day shift nurses are very welcoming and ready to help new grads and employees. The night shift however, is very catty, backstabbing, and mean to new grads and employees. They are not helpful and sort of throw you to the wolves and get angry when you come out on top without their help. After that you are constantly shut out and persecuted by the nurses and nurse supervisor for that shift as long as you work there.

Pros

The only thing about this place is my coworkers.

Cons

Training. Management. Definitally have favorites. Over worked and expected to do more with literally no fricken people working. They give to many people the same day off and leave everyone to struggle.
